Neapolitan Milkshake

Paleo, Vegan, Gluten-Free

Ingredients 

  • Strawberry layer
    • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or 1/4 cup strawberries & 1/4 cup raspberries)
    • 1/2 small frozen peeled zucchini
    • 1/4-1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • Vanilla layer
    • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 2 tablespoons of shredded or flaked coconut
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla extract
  • Chocolate layer
    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 1/2 small frozen peeled zucchini
    • 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1/4-1/2 cup of coconut milk

Directions

  1. Blend each layer separately in a high-powered blender or food processor, wiping out the blender between each layer.
  2. Pour strawberry layer into a jar and let it sit in the freezer while you prepare the remaining layers. Add the coconut layer to the jar in the freezer. Finally, top with the chocolate layer.
