Paleo, Gluten-Free, Vegan
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 2 cups almond mylk
- 2 cups chopped kale or baby spinach, organic preferably
- 1 frozen zucchini (peel a zucchini, slice, and place in freezer)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 small avocado
- 2 scoops of hemp seed protein powder or vegan protein power of choice
- 1 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon of maca powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of spirulina powder
- A small knob of freshly grated ginger or 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- First, grind the oats in a high speed blender or food processor until they turn into a flour.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except for the protein powder and the chia seeds. Blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add the protein powder and chia seeds and blend until combined.
