Green Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1


  • 2-3 handfuls of organic kale and/or baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 TBSP flaxseed
  • 1 tsp green tea matcha powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • Toppings: fresh fruit, raw cacao nibs, hemp seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, shredded coconut, dried fruit, nut butter, bee pollen, raw honey, etc.


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until thoroughly combined and mixture is smooth. Pour into a bowl and decorate with desired toppings.
